Elliot Wilks

Director

Elliot Wilks is a commercial and narrative director from New Zealand (aka a Kiwi) who has called Charlotte, North Carolina, home for the past six years. He has won both commercial and narrative awards, most recently a Gold AAF Award for his Burn Boot Camp brand film. His portfolio includes work for Harley-Davidson, Duke Energy, Burn Boot Camp, and the Charlotte Hornets.

With a background in post-production and VFX, he understands how every shot fits into the finished spot well before the cameras land. Whether directing commercials or narrative films, he's known for his detail-oriented, hands-on approach.

Off set, he's usually developing a short film, watching rugby league, or reading up on history.
